DEVOUR NYC
and other cities & countries
Greedi Vegan
Calling all my vegans!! Look I’m the furthest from being a vegan and I also am very skeptical of vegan food thats supposed to taste like the “real thing”.
Zaca Cafe
They serve breakfast/lunch/dinner and also sell pastries (hence cafe). The owner and chef of Zaca is Inoussa Campaore who has a strong background in French cuisine.
Louie Louie (Philly)
Welcome back with another “other city” location, Philly! I went for a weekend for Steph’s birthday and we indulged in all of our foodie desires. Our first stop on our Philly food tour was brunch at a cute spot…
While We Were Young
You can do walk ins here but it’s highly recommended that you make a reservation due to the fact that it’s a very small location. Lack of seating makes it hard for the restaurant to take in strays. Now that that is covered let’s get into the good shit!
Pasticceria Rocco
Last but not least my favorite dish, the tiramisu. I’m really a slut for tiramisu so I could be biased but I could not care less.
Ryujin
I definitely suggest sharing a bowl between two people, especially if you want to take advantage of the appetizer menu.
BaoHaus
This is a shorter review but I still hope you enjoy. One day I was on Snapchat (yes I still use it)…
Maison Pickle
Yes to all of it. I personally don’t really like deviled eggs so I didn’t try them especially since I didn’t peep any paprika on them sooooo that’s that on that. BUT THE DUMPLINGS THOUGH.
Caló Kitchen + Tequila (LA)
This. Was. The. Best. Taco. I’ve. Ever. Had. No exaggeration I was in bliss when I was eating my tacos.
Delicatessen
This was by far my favorite entree; combining the melt-in-your-mouth steak and perfectly seasoned rice square was like a party in my mouth. I hope they bring this dish back soon!
