BaoHaus

Hey y’all! This is a shorter review but I still hope you enjoy. One day I was on Snapchat (yes I still use it) and my friend, Imani, had the most delicious looking bao buns on her story. She told me it was BaoHaus and so we scheduled a date to go back together.

We pulled up to this cool, urban looking spot. It was a bit small inside but the perfect size to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered a Chairman Bao (pork belly) and a Birdhaus Bao (fried chicken).

Both buns were so so good. It was the perfect amount for a quick bite to eat. The fried chicken bao had a bit of a kick but was nice an crunchy on the outside and still moist on the inside. The pork belly bao, however, was my favorite by a landslide and it had all to do with the pork belly melting into my mouth. It was cooked to perfection. I was impressed because usually when you get food at quick to get places like these, the food is not impressive. I can’t wait to go back so I can order Chairman Baos by the dozen!
